UPDATE: Version 1.2 Download Link Added
I decided to gather all the best Option Files and to put them all in one pack, decided not to put this in any other previous thread but to create a new one, this way we will get rid of any unwanted chaos and it will be easier to work on any problems with THIS OF. This is basically something similar to last year's "Best of Everything" Option File.
I used Cristiano's OF as a base and added other OFs that work with it, basically here is everything that is inside of it (this info is also in the readme file):
Base (Cristiano92):
- Competitions Settings
- European, African, NA, SA, Asian NTs
- Premier League
- Sky Bet Championship
- Ligue 1
- Ligue 2
- Serie A
- Serie B
- Eredivisie
- La Liga
- La Liga 1|2|3
- Liga NOS
- Bundesliga
- Other European Teams
Additionals:
- Campeonato Brasileiro + Internacional RS (V2 - Ketchup Gamers, Competition settings used from Cristiano's OF)
- Liga MX (ERZO77, used his competition settings)
- Other Latin Teams (Buckshot's Compilation from Team Exports thread, also contains Argentinian League teams)
- Chinese Super League (V2 - Ketchup Gamers, used their Competition settings from their V1 pack, it wasn't in their V2 pack for some reason)
- Classic Teams (PESFan.it FO V5)
- Other Asian Teams (A-League, thanks to Buckshot)
I don't take any credit for those OFs, I just simply put them together and made them to be in order.
If there are any problems, please, report them here. Note that some teams are in "Other Teams" competition structures, like Bundesliga's, Argentinian League, Chinese League. You have to sort them yourself, how to do this is said below in the tutorial, continue reading.

(BUNDESLIGA UPDATE. If you had V1.1 previously, then just import folder "17 - Bundesliga" on top of it, while selecting the 2nd and 3rd box. No need to do Live Update if you are only updating from V1.1.)
How to install:
1. It's best to make sure that your game's edit data is default. Some errors are reported with Cristiano's OF when people import it on top of their previous OF. In order to do that, delete all the picture files from the game edit mode/import/export/delete files. Make sure to delete all of them.
2. Turn off the game, go into the storage device settings on PS4 main menu, select PES 2018 save, and delete there only ONE thing - Edit Mode file or whatever it's called, but it has the word "EDIT" in it.
3. After that just go into the game, edit mode, and it should ask you if you want to create edit file, of course you want it.
4. Go to import/export and import teams first. Make sure to check the 2nd and 3rd box!!! It will take some time (~25 minutes).
5. Now import competitions. Make sure to check the box!!!
6. Save the edit file and go to the main menu of the game, extras, and click on LIVE UPDATE. Make sure that the box is checked (the one that asks if you want to update squad data, yes, you want it do do it).
7. Go back into edit mode, go to competition structure, roster size (draw size) and set 18 for Bundesliga, set 18 for liga MX and 16 for Chinese League.
8. While still in competition structure, now you have to put right teams in the right leagues, because for example some Bundesliga teams are in the "other european teams", etc.
I made it easier for you guys and here are pics of every league in this edit mode, I suggest sorting them like so, because this is the official order that I took from wikipedia (those are clickable links):
Premier League
Sky Bet Championship
Ligue 1
Ligue 2
Serie A
Serie B
Eredivisie
La Liga
La Liga 1|2|3
Liga NOS
Bundesliga
Other European Teams | Part 2
Campeonato Brasileiro
Superliga Argentina | Part 2
Campeonato Scotiabank
Liga MX
Other Latin Teams | Part 2
Chinese Super League
AFC Champions | Part 2
Other Asian Teams
Reminder, that if some teams are not in the league you want them to be in, they are somewhere else, you can move them between the leagues by pressing CROSS (X) button and you can move them between leagues using L1/R1 and swap them with teams that are not from that particular league. Those teams are most of the time found in "OTHER TEAMS" section for any particular continent (for Asia they are also in AFC Champions League section).
And that's it basically. As I said, the order is 100% official, that's why for example Lobos BUAP is in front of Cruz Azul, because the first team's name that it's sorted by is actually "BUAP", so it starts with "B", while Cruz Azul is sorted by "Cruz", so it's after BUAP, there are a few examples like that (Campeonato Scotiabank - Antofagasta actually is sorted IRL by "Deportes" that's why it's 4th in the league). The same I have applied for "Other" teams for example "Other European Teams" have Deportivo Capiata and Deportivo Municipal, the first one is sorted by "Capiata" in their league, while the former is by "Municipal" in their league, so I have checked all the teams that are mixed and that's the official order they should be in, trust me. I like to have my game tidied 100%. For AFC there's not enough space for all other Asian teams, so a few had to go to "Other Clubs" section. You can swap them all you want, it's up to you.
Still needs to be updated/added:
- La Liga 1|2|3 kits
- Managers
- Stadiums
- There are still a few clones
