PS4 - Cant use edited data with this account?!

I can only use one specific controller with the option files WTF?!
When i turn on another i get a message saying something like -U cannot access edited data with this account.

I can't play against a friend with the edited stuff, it's back to Man Red and Pogogba!?!

What to do?

Did you accidentally switch account ? I had no issue switching controller in game.

I thought this had been fixed in a patch but obviously not hmy:

Boyh players need to be signed into different PSN accounts & then it will work

Yeah it's still a problem when I last played a few days ago.

The second controller has to be signed in to a registered PSN account and not a guest one. Otherwise you get Merseyside blue again.

Basically you need to setup a separate PSN account on your PS4. The next time your friend is over and wants to play two player mode, you wil, have to turn on the second controller and log that controller into that second PSN account. Everything works after that. It's just a hassle to setup.

The reason for this is Sony doesn't want people to share save data files and DLC stuff etc content is restricted to a specific PSN ID. All about the $$$$.

Lucky I have multiple PSN accounts due to buying overseas games so it's less of a hassle. But its such a stupid oversight.

OK, it's just to set up a psn for the second controller then.
