As long as they are in the database of pes 2018 they can be unlocked, but will talk to one of them to try to find out about importing from pes 17 to pes18 coz that would be awesome.

I hope the person who put this list together merely just didn't go through the Commentary Name list!?

2x reasons why I think the list is copied from the Commentary Names:
1) I believe Ronaldo (R9) is an exclusive to FIFA this year.
2) Alvaro Recoba has always been in the Commentary Names section as he was in PES 2016 playing Nacional.

But... I could be proved wrong. And I hope I am as adding these players would be incredible!

I'm guessing you can't import players from a previous version. I just wondered if they are still in the database though, maybe it's possible? Certainly with the likes of Lucas Lima, Ricardo Oliveira, Fred, Robinho etc who are still 'in the game' but not licensed it should be able to be done, shouldn't it?

Seriously, if those guys could bring back them, plus the likes of Wendell, Tah, Keissling, Pajhanpalo, Bellerabi etc etc, that would be amazing. I don't think it will be possible though.

You are correct do to licensing it might not be possible
But am very sure the players are in the database , we just wait for the crackers to crack

Theyvare not in database yet. Have to wait for future dlcs

Only God knows. But I hope will have new ones in next dlc maybe this Thursday
