PS4 PES 2018 User Generated Issue

Okay I believe you but I ve tried this before already many times and still got the User Generated Issue 'pop up' on my screen. Yes, as a guest as well and with second controller offline not signed in.

I have no f....in clue! So thanks to the sub account signing in it's working perfect for me now.

*Good thing to know is when playing with multiple teams in cup or league and your teams have to play against eachother, is to be aware that your game is saving the settings. So if you have set one team on 'Assistent mode' you have to set this back to 'normal' for the next match.

in offline mode. even you create the sub account its still won't work, edited data not work. must online to verification your sub account. if must online, no need to create a sub account. just use another psn account. age must over 18

I think here are some miss understandings.

Playing in offline game modes with other mates you will definetly need sub account(s) to play with edited teams.
If you use a guest account, the "user generated content" issue will remain.
But even with the sub accounts you will need an internet connection, because the PS4 checks in PSN, if the accounts are allowed to use the same User generated content. Without an Internet connection, even sub accounts can not use the User generated content.

Using a simple guest account does not work, no matter if there is an online connection or not.

I am not aware what happens if a guest is logging in with his own PSN account, but I think the problem will still remain.

Last year Adam Bhatti mentioned via Twitter that this issue is based on Sonys restriction and can only be solved with sub accounts.

this is the method i use,
-turn on first controller with your edited data
-turn on 2nd controller, you can use a gust or what ever account
-in exhibition match user generated media will pop up, click ok slide 2nd controller to right click ok until team selected, the edited data not applied, turn off 2nd controller n turn on again slide up or down, the edited data will applied. must in team select to turn 2nd controller off and on.
- in cup edited data applied, but if go to formation, user media message will pop up. turn off 2nd controller and turn on again, edited data will applied.

Ok, this May be a "solution" if you have temporarily no internet connection.
If there is a connection, sub accounts are much more comfortable.
You will need a few minutes to set it up once, but have no further trouble anymore.

Totally agree.

Just spend a bit more time once to set up a sub account and after that you ll have no issues with offline multiplayer and an edited option file.

how you can play offline multiplayer with edited data? even create sub account, edited data not work if offline.

Offline Multiplayer does not mean being OFFLINE from the internet.
Of course, you will need an internetconnection for playing OFFLINE GAME MODES (with the imported, edited teams) like ML, BAL, Exhibition mode, Versus, Cups, Leagues etc - all the game modes which are not played online - when playing with at least one other mate at your PS4.

This is what I meant with missunderstandings. ;)
You are talking about being offline in general with no internet connection.

We are talking about offline game modes - the ones you can start in PES mainmenu, except the online mode with lobbies etc.

I hope this makes it clear.

Yes that's all. Create the sub account on your PS4. The email verification you can do on a smartphone, ipad or pc. You need a cellphone number as well, offcourse.

I wish I already had done this last year to play with multiple teams in league mode. You couldn't set the other controller on Assistent Mode. Now you can with a sub account.

To be honest with you all, i cant get it right, like, at all. i own PS4 Rental business. its always offline except if i have to update the game and i used to "work around" this problem in PES 2017 by activating my 2nd controller in user side menu. Now PES 2018 block this way and i have to "once again" face the problem and, this time, conquer it once and for all. Otherwise, its a great waste I bought 7 pcs of PES 2018 (T_T)

I have tried those steps in PES 2017 and PES 2018 and all failed. Even when i had breakdown the steps in pointers out steps in my previous post and try to re-do it again. But those steps only work in online network for me. Can you help me with more detailed step by step solve? maybe screenshots if youtube tutorial got banned. because my customer keep waiting for the shirt and the transfer updated.

Im sorry if make such an errand. but its hard to find people who talk about this problem in internet, and this thread is my best chance to fix it right.

This work around is not that reliable like a sub account and for some reasons it's not working properly.
So, if you want to play with all the kits in local multiplayer, you and / or your customers will have the PS4 to be connected to the internet.
As you know, this does not need any PS plus account, but a simple internet connection via LAN or WLAN.
For WLAN, there's also a possibility to set up a mobile phone as a mobile hot spot to get the PS4 having access to the internet (at least if the phone supports this feature).
Without any kind of internet connection and sub accounts, this will be a pain in the ass.

I can manage to get temporary connection to set this up. but the PS4 wont get connection in daily basis when i rent it to my customerss. So, please walk me through this steps. because my PS4 doesnt seems to recognize that my 2nd account (sub account of my 1st account) have user generated setting = "allowed" without internet connection.

i would if its not too complicated. because my customers are vary from kid to office worker. and its too handful for my employees to explain to them all.

in PES 2017, i told my employees to "take control" of the controller and open exhibition screen with 1 controller active, then add 2nd controller, then give the controller to customers and then tell the customer to pick "select team" instead of "back to top menu" every time they finish the match. and its such a drag for my employees.

But in PES 2018 where Konami put the barrier in exhibition menu, its getting much more annoying and i have no choice but to understand what is this user generated media problem and how to solve it for all.

No PS4 will recognize the settings of the sub account if it is allowed to use the specific user generated content while it is not connected with the internet.
I know it is stupid, but this information is checked online in the PSN by the game or PS4.
So the customer or whoever wants to play local Multiplayer PES 2018 needs connection to the internet and a correct set up sub account.
Otherwise it won't work or only maybe works with a (tricky) work around like the one candu mentioned.

i would if its not too complicated. because my customers are vary from kid to office worker. and its too handful for my employees to explain to them all.

The user generated content issue is a restriction by Sony itself, Konami has nothing to do with it.
It has something to do with user alligned savegames etc me thinks.
At least Konami has found a way to make it possible to import files from community to make it easier for us, but therefore you will need the sub accounts and internet connection (for checking the settings of the sub accounts) that everything works flawless (as much as possible).

Remember XBone users are not able to import any thing into PES...

until now, no another way to play offline (no internet connection) multiplayer with your edited data. if to hard to do. you need online.

i found how to play multiplayer offline without problems etc, your data teams strip names is working correctly

how?

My searching for answer until today has found me that I can play 2 players offline only if i edit manually without any online help/files. meaning i only edit the name of the club, the transfer, and the shirt only with shirt editor (without .png image)

So the club logo and the shirts are still wrong. But i can live with that. Now i must find a way to get option file who got fully updated transfer and contain bayern munchen and not contain any kits and logo images. which is hard. lol

OR, i have to find out how this option file works.so once i got complete Option file, if i delete all these .png files, does it trigger error message box or its just ignore it? gotta try it...

Hi

OK can someone help please
I have applied one of the option files from this site.
My friend and I are trying to do a 2 player co-op Master League (no online function - both sitting in the same house playing the same ps4).

Is there a way to do this?

You will need a sub account to your main account. Please check 1st page post no.4.
You will need at least an online connection so the PS4 can check in PSN if the sub account is allowed to use user generated content.

If the question is regarding the second Controller, you have to select side in pause menu ;)
