I can manage to get temporary connection to set this up. but the PS4 wont get connection in daily basis when i rent it to my customerss. So, please walk me through this steps. because my PS4 doesnt seems to recognize that my 2nd account (sub account of my 1st account) have user generated setting = "allowed" without internet connection.
No PS4 will recognize the settings of the sub account if it is allowed to use the specific user generated content while it is not connected with the internet.
I know it is stupid, but this information is checked online in the PSN by the game or PS4.
So the customer or whoever wants to play local Multiplayer PES 2018 needs connection to the internet and a correct set up sub account.
Otherwise it won't work or only maybe works with a (tricky) work around like the one candu mentioned.
i would if its not too complicated. because my customers are vary from kid to office worker. and its too handful for my employees to explain to them all.
in PES 2017, i told my employees to "take control" of the controller and open exhibition screen with 1 controller active, then add 2nd controller, then give the controller to customers and then tell the customer to pick "select team" instead of "back to top menu" every time they finish the match. and its such a drag for my employees.
But in PES 2018 where Konami put the barrier in exhibition menu, its getting much more annoying and i have no choice but to understand what is this user generated media problem and how to solve it for all.
The user generated content issue is a restriction by Sony itself, Konami has nothing to do with it.
It has something to do with user alligned savegames etc me thinks.
At least Konami has found a way to make it possible to import files from community to make it easier for us, but therefore you will need the sub accounts and internet connection (for checking the settings of the sub accounts) that everything works flawless (as much as possible).
Remember XBone users are not able to import any thing into PES...
