Hi All,

I've added Steaua Bucharest 85-86 to the front page as a zip file. Thanks to the legend kit maker Pippyjfreak for his classic retro kits from 1985. Seen as Steaua had such a small squad back in 85 i've added some greats from the 89 squad i.e. Hagi, Dumitrescu. As a bonus i've also added the 89 kits to the file too thanks to Cabanabox for these.

Hope you like them. Ajax 72/73 is next

It's the best I could do. I really struggled with Hagi and Lacatus. Really wanted to make them look great but the limitations with the editing tools made it a real struggle

I've added Ajax 1972-73 to the front page. The team dubbed Total Football (What an attacking outfit they were). Special thanks to the legend Ratmundo for the use of his Johan Cruyff. Thanks to Pippyjfreak with help on the Ajax 73 Eurofinal kit. Hope you like them.

I downloaded your Ajax 72-73 edit on saturday morning, minutes before I had to leave, so I could quickly install it so my father (50s) could play with it. He has been begging me for a classic Ajax team for months! I told him I changed 'something' in Serie B and he should look there (he had no clue). Around 30 minutes after I left I got a phonecall, which I answered. I heard this really exciting voice of my father talking about all his child heroes he could now play with! They looked alike, they played alike and this was all he wanted! Thank you very much for your work and keep up the good stuff!

Stories like this is the reason I prefer to do classic kits, anyone can play FIFA & get the latest kits but to get the feeling of being a kid again and playing with your heroes no matter how old you are... Magic, it's what makes taking the time & effort to edit worthwhile. Great job Trev.

Hi Grimolas,

This has made my day, as Pip has already said it really makes it's all worthwhile when we get comments like this. Myself and the crew who create the classic sides really wish Konami would give us more freedom with the editing features so we could make a complete game of classic / legendary sides. Over the moon like dad loves it's. I'm touching on 48 so we are from the same timeline so big respect to him still playing the games it makes me feel young again that there are more of us out there still loving playing the games. You should download the rest of the teams on my thread your dad would love them
