I upgrade my cfw from 5.50 Prom4 to 6.60ProB, previous iso games still playable except that for some game saves becomes corrupted. Probly for PES2013 your 5.50 save data will be corrupted, but if u can use his Option file i find it worthwhile. Better than seeing MAN BLUE such rubbish team title and funny logos for my fav Barclay Premier league.

Thou its advisable to backup ur save somewhere else.
