Are there any official proper balls in the game like the proper nike premier league ball etc?

Well, balls are actually called testic.... oh wait the other balls... ok sorry my bad

lol only joking. I'm getting the game in about 24 hours(ish) so I don't now. But like 'Mr Darkstar' said just ask in one of the 'I've got PES2010!' threads and you'll get the answer.
