Question about getting PES2011 online download

Hello
Would someone please answer my fellowing questions :
1-If I buy the game download online , will I be able to install , uninstall and then reinstall it as many times as I want on my PC ?
2-Will I have the setup files perminantly on my PC ? (can I install it offline) ? or I have to connect online each time I reinstall (like Just Cause 2 digital purchase for PC) ?

Not sure you can purchase it with an American address. Usually downloads from websites are only sold for that region.

But let me know if you can. I may just get it myself!

1. I bought the game via download and it gives you 5 installs from the start. It does say you can get more but I am not sure if they charge for it.

2. You will have the files and can install it offline.

I'm little confused here...How can you install it offline and you say it gives you 5 installs ? how will they count how many times you install (if you do it offline) ?

You can install it offline but when you launch the game for the first time it asks you for the key to activate it.
