Question About Training

Does anyone know if there is a definite thing that happens during training ? ie certain stat raises etc For example if you have tacking passing training at 6 does there become a point where your player has reached the maximum for tackling so future training in this field is wasted and you might as well change his training regime ?

I'd say it's worth to still train players. Even if player's growth stat is at his peak, if you'll play him regulary he'll go over his estimated grow.

Ozz is correct. if you play the player regularly he will grow as a player until a couple of years before his retirement. at the very least keeping him in training will provent his stats from going down.
