??

Could you please specify what you mean.
If youre talking about editin g a teams formation in the 'EDIT MENU' then you just return to the MAIN EDIT MENU and SAVE and say yes to DO YOU WISH TO OVERWRITE DATA.

If youre talking about MASTER LEAGUE then you have to do the formation altering in TEAM ADJUSTMENT... then go back to teh MASTER LEAGUE MENU and SAVE.

If youre talking about EXHIBITION, then nothing you can do there, you have to remember it and redo it in the EDIT MENU as mentioned up top , then save and then it should come up as you saved it when you go to EXHIBITION.

what i mean is if im about to play online and its time to sort out the formation, instead of constantly placing the players in the same positions, cant i just save my 'fav' team so it will load automatically

This year's save menu is kinda weird (as always tbh :))

Make your fav formation, then go to Data Management. You first need to copy your formation to one of those numbered slots.

The first one below "Now in Use" is your current formation, click it then click in one of the numbered slots right below "Saved Data" to save it.

Go back to Data Management and choose Save Stock Data.

To load it when you play again just choose Data Management/Load Stock Data then click on your saved formation which will appear in the numbered slots.. then click again in the first one below "Now in Use" to copy it.

OMG.
