Random Team Mode

Anyone know what happened to the random team mode (not sure what its officially called) that was in the PS2 version a few years ago? Is it still in the PS2 version of 2011?

It worked something like this: you got to select either 4 teams or 1 league/continent.

You would then have a squad randomly generated with players from the selected set of players which you would use in your next match.

I thought it was pretty fun, it mixed things up nicely when playing against a friend. We´d make our own rule so that you could only regenerate the squad a maximum of 3 times, if you weren´t happy after that too bad!

ya man... I remember that too... it was awesome...

pick 4 teams and it would randomize it...

we would have some serious battles....

I'd pic like brazil, classic brazil, classic arg and classic holland...

Stuff like this just needs to be brought back, no idea why they took it out. There was also an international world cup mode (not sure what it was called) where you would have to select the players for the national team and then qualify for the World Cup, with the ultimate goal being crowned world champions.
