Realistic Gameplay Patch from Evo-Web

I ran into this patch on evo-web that really is nice. It makes the game more realistic, I thought I would just share the info. The most recent version is on the last page of the thread.

I went there and tried to download it but its all in Russian i think , i even tried a translator but could still not understand how to download the files !!
Any help ??

I don't understand the language either, but on the site I entered the code, pressed the button and clicked the link. Try this, it should work.
