regulate condition and off-season training??

i've used the search but most of the results were for winning eleven 8 and not the newest version. so my questions are:

how useful is regulate condition? should i do it before every game or use it sparingly? search results for winning eleven 8 came up with mixed answers. some said do it before every game and others said do it only when the players you wanna use have blue arrows.

2nd question, in off-season training is it better to do the manual training, where your players only get trained in one specific area, or is the auto training better, where the whole team seems to get a bit of a boost in stats?

any answers would be appreciated

I think it's better to use regulate condition only when necessary, as it can decrease form.

It's best to train in one specific area, the area the player is most experienced in - this is because once they reach 95 it's very hard to increase this through playing matches, so it's a good idea to train these areas

I never use regulate condition because my players are always green or better, thus I'm only gonna, on average, make my team worse by using it.

I always train specifically in the off season. If it is a young player I train their stamina up so that they can last a full 90 mins and get a lot more experience quicker by actually playing matches. Otherwise, I train in the areas they are either best at or need improbing at to improve their overall game, depending on what role they perform in my team.
