Ridiculous premature retirements before 30....

Loving PES 2015 and Master League, but the surprising amount of retirements at a young age is beyond stupid.

It says something like "players will retire if they're not offered a club before 20 and players without a club may contemplate retirement" in the help section. Ok then, but i've seen players WITH clubs retire at 27-29 and in their early 30s when the stereotypical age of retirement is 33+, game or real life.

Anyone else find it annoyingly strange?

I believe FIFA had the same issue lately, but they managed to fix that this year. Anyway, its a bit funny, how both games had/have similar problems in career mode. I still havent tryed Master League, but from what you are saying + people reporting that old players, who retire, appear as new talents like "18 years old midfielder from England Michael Carrick"? I believe I will have some rather funny experience. :D But we couldnt expect for much of realism, since there was not enough time given to ML in PES 15.

The youngest I've seen a player retire is Joel Campbell who is retiring this year and is 30. I also find some players don't retire soon enough! Im 7 seasons in I think and Ibrahimovic has only just retired and Tevez is retiring this year, a lot of the top players retiring at near 40. This would be fine if the players value dropped as a result, such as I could buy Tevez at 38 for like 5/6 million because I like him as a player and just want him to retire at my club but they still want 20 odd million for him which is crazy.

The players who have a low value in a stat called "Tenacity" or something seem to retire early in the previous versions of the game if they were not played enough. Something about them not having the proper mental fabric...
