Look at what I got :shocking:

The worst part is that I have 4 Keepers now, I had to sell Dudek and I couldnt land a deal so I signed Zamenhof who is a 54 from the youth academy, the remainder of the season I worked out a deal for Diego from Almeria (a very good Brazilian keeper with an 82 rating). So the season ends and I get Diego, then I decide to check on my youth team and :w00t

my advice: set youth team cost to lvl. 1 in operating costs. i did it after 2 seasons...

i don't like fake players. the bad thing is when you sign these players, they're only on one year contract, so if you're like me and want to sell them ASAP and get mucho $$$ out of it, you'd have to play them an entire season, get them to like your club enough to extend their contract by a few years, play them an ENTIRE season again to attract club attention, then you can sell him. it's worth the money. i got 150m$ this way by selling my youth sergio ramos and inzaghi clones. but again, i hate fake players and having to deal with them. my regular players don't like being on the bench anyway while these youth guys play

plus i'm lazy and i don't wanna deal with all that again. so if you're like me, just set your youth team to lvl.1 and you save like 9m$ per season

True that, money for me is not an issue cuz i won everything and have
alot of sponsors but yeah I guess you are right cuz it feels really weird to have Iker gettin taken out of the starting 11 by a 16 year old freak.

i did notice though when a player retires from your club, they reappear back in your youth team after like 2 seasons. i'm not sure if your youth team lvl affects their original stat when they're "reborn" but i'll experiment with this and i'll see what happens. totti is retiring soon in my ML game. maybe i'll switch to lvl.5 for that season just so i can have a super totti who's 16 y/o

well this godly 16 yr old appeared at the beginning of my second season, btw I had my coaches/trainers at LVL.5 . I sort of feel ashamed now because I just sold Casillas for $64 Million to Man Utd and its just wrong but he was old and I had this new dude.

The youth team pisses me off. I dont want a black reborn version of Peter Cech who is rated 83 at the age of 16. That means that as a child he could have played at a big club wtf. if the youths were implemented tealisitc I wouldn't have a problem they aren't tho so like TechGuyat says I keep the level at 1.

It comes when you upgrade your youth team level. The level affects the players abilities. Upgrading can be done every August.
