I’m Not sure if im missing anything, but by the looks of it there will be no edit mode, ML, or BAL. it will be myclub or “local” matches only. As a offline gamer, that’s PES done for me.
Heard a few rumours that the offline modes MIGHT be added as payable DLCs later, but the same rumours suggest not before Xmas. Still nothing in said rumours about edit mode.
Kinda feels like Konami have given editors like me, who improved the PES purchaser’s experience, a firm middle finger! But I guess the way to solve the lack of licenses problem is to remove any teams/leagues not licensed!

The PES series has been renamed eFootball, and it's becoming a digital-only, free-to-play platform, with no more paid annual releases.

When i play PES,i prefer mostly friendly matches offline between national teams or sometimes derbys like Ajax-Feyenoord,Boca Juniors - River Plate or Everton vs. Liverpool.
I also like face editing,mostly i´m searching faces for national team players which haven´t a preset face.
If this new Konami football game doesn´t have national teams or an editor,i won´t play this.

#eFootball ™ cross-platform online matches will be further improved with a new engine and adjusted to take *full* advantage of each platform. In addition, offline modes such as "Master League" will be sold in the future as optional DLC on all compatible devices.
