Dumb question, but this is a first for me - If I DL and apply the newest update will it effect my current ML at all? That's all I have going ATM that I dont want messed with.

Your ML is a different SAVE file, therefore, applying any new updates will not affect your current ML progress.

As for the guy complaining about the game crashing, I played with Rosh's newest OF for over 3 hours and didn't experience the slightest hiccup. It might be something on your end, maybe a song that you've included as part of a custom playlist.

I can only guess that those remaining "fake" players are placeholders for players that are not in the game that need to be created. Rosh will have to answer that one personally.

my buddy has a virginally ps3! he copied all 146 to the ps3. start pes 2010 and there is nothin. no original emblems, no original names nothin. how would you call that!??

Yes, the fact that your version of the game is different from the UK version of the game is the result of the OF not being compatible. You need to look for an EU OF.

For some reason, Konami decided to region lock the OFs.

Would it be sufficient to change the subfolders in Rosh's SAVEDATA from 'BLES00688' prefix to 'BLES00338'? Or editing some content in the OF?

As mentioned several times before there will never be proper emblems for the Championship as there is not sufficient save space capacity. I may do a one off where the file has EPL and Championship emblems and remove the La Liga and Bundesliga ones, but I'm not running 2 seperate files independently just for this reason. I suggest you download an emblem pack and then manually add them as it only takes 5 minutes to change

Negative, changing the folder names will render the OF unreadable by the PS3.

Yes, you have to unlock the hidden (or fake) players by winning different cups and leagues. Check the Gallery>Track Record for more info on your PES2010 disc.
