I'm new to pesgaming... pesfan usually...
I'm new on this forum site - i've been on pesfan for years... But i was looking into Rosh's OF which i have heard rave reviews about (always a good thing) so signed up.
I, myself, haven't used the OF yet as i manually edited the premiership (to JackWhoBRA standard.... Cheers Jack) and added my own creation (Vice City FC - i got the logo off of a forum somewhere) so using Rosh's work would overwrite that. When its time to retire VCFC then Rosh is my first choice.
AAAANYWAY... back to topic. How rude can people be?! Kempo and that other poor excuse for a human being a few pages back need stringing up! Ungrateful people like you sicken me. Why would you openly whine about Rosh's efforts when he provides a phenominal, high class service AT NO COST - one so good that you have opted to use? Try sitting down and editing one team from scratch - without any pre-written formulas. I'm talking editing the full appearance - hair/face shape/build etc, amending the colours of kits so they match logos with perfection, and tweaking every last stat stat for every single player... Then repeat that for the entire league... Or two.
This kind of work is laborious - and mind numbing, so having to re-visit a painful process on such a regular basis takes real commitment.
For some people - different from yourself obviously, the joy comes from helping others and finsihing monumetous tasks. But when you find that you no longer enjoy your work (in this case Rosh isn't getting the benefits as PES's latest incarnation is arguably under-par, once again) then why continue? If you had a job as a volunteer (yeah, right! - like people like you two would give something for nothing!) would you continue to do it if you hated it? - Straight forward, it's a no!
As for donations, i commend the man for having the balls to bring this up. He does the work - not asking for money, but hoping that his service makes you happy... improves your game. If it does - why not say so by chucking him a bit of your back-pocket shrapnel? He doesn't cost for this (and you're right - others don't either) but the effort it takes is worth something - surely you can see this?
It is common place for freeware to be supported by donations -you look at most free-to-use programs etc online... They all have a donation symbol somewhere. Its that donation that keeps developers and designers motivated - and in this case, keeps kits and teams coming.
How can you criticise for him being the first to have an OF?! - That's an achievement! So if you enjoy what he's achieved - then thank the man. Think - if every person that downloaded donated 10p (that won't even get you a pack of space raiders or a freddo these days) then he'd be £4k up. Up that to a measley 50p and he's on £20k, loving the money, motivated like you wouldn't belieive and producing OFs in every way, shape and form u can think of!
Ok, so the last bit was an exaggeration... but my point is this. Rosh = worked hard, under-appreciated. The Two stooges = greedy, narcisistic and selfish. End of.
Rosh. You're a legend buddy. When YOU wanna make stuff - you do it. Enjoy PESing... It sucks at the mo, but PES is who we are - and you know it as much as I do... You'll be bitten again some time soon.

Wow, this thread has really taken a turn for the worse. So much for keeping the focus on improving the game we enjoy playing. Anyway, between these Konami updates screwing everything up and everyone on this thread (recently) pissing and moaning trying to satisfy their own egos, I'm just going to stick with my JPR Option File and make any (if any) changes on my own.
FYI, there are some option file makers on this site with updates for 1.05 in the process with release dates as soon as this weekend. For those of you not wanting to wait, you need to take some responsibility and do the changes yourself. Good luck to those of you working and waiting for this file.
Here's one last piece of advice for those of you still paying attention: when you depend on others for anything-whether donations, some type of praise, work done to complete an option file for you-you're bound to be let down. Do what you do for the most basic reasons-because you want to and are passionate about it or because YOU get satisfaction from it without depending on others.

How do I install this OF. I have downloaded the V2 and v2.1 update. (not the earlier versions) Copied all the files, and in system settings pressed download. All the EPL player names are correct. But the team names and dresses are wrong. What have i done wrong?

Rosh could you tell me what classic players u unlocked, cos i've unlocked most of them and it still says fake player in the bundesliga teams.

the fake players aren't classic players, there just players he has over written and hasn't made, you can default them them to there original names so they dont come up as fake in master league

thank you kempo85 my point exactly either finish the OF or give up i have no problems with the OF think its 1 of the best on here thats y i use it i just hate the way u keep asking 4 bloody donations all the time the fact is if we wanted to pay 4 the OF we wouldnt b on this site we'd be on ebay
