saving created teams before the update

Can anyone please advise on how to save the teams I have created (like German teams for example) so it's not lost or have to be recreated after the upcoming update? There used to be import/export teams in pes 2015

Just go to Edit Mode and use the Export option to export your created teams. You can save 20 teams on your device. Than get them on your usb and save them in a different folders like for example "Bundesliga" and you see your Export teams in the folder (PS3 - SAVEDATA).

You can repeat this but make sure to remove the export teams on your device ps3 ps4 xbox etc. Or you can overwrite them when exporting other created teams.

Sorry I forgot to mention I am on PS4, is it the same? Can't seem to find the export option. I will try again

Yes looks like it is gone. Don't know if there any alternative method to save all the editing work I have done. Thought this would be an interest to too many users since PES is all about editing but no one seems to have an answer!!

The answer has been posted in multiple threads on the forum ;)

Basically the only things that are reset are transfers & player nationalities (based on previous years). Your team names/kits/emblems will all remain as will everything you have edited about the players (minus the nationality).

After the data pack you will just have to move the players already in the game back into the correct team, fix the squad numbers/lineup & the player nationality.
