Scouting question

Hey guys. Last year your scout would tell you if you had a chance at signing a player by saying something like " Should be no problem to get him" or "You have no chance of signing him" . But this year it just says this player has good prestige on the team ...am i supposed to base my negotiations off affection or something?

Yep, that's the way to do it, as it just tells you your chances. Something like "He struggles to get into the first team" (don't have English version, I think it's something like that^^) indicate a better chance. Still, nothing is guaranteed, as you might still not get him, or you might be able to still sign a player that is very close to his team.
Anyways, there is always the "recommended" list. All of those players are usually about 100% chance to sign.

In pes 12, scout signing players is a bit different from pes 11,
from what i experienced, first, if you want to sign players you
want easily, you need to go to EXTRA CONTENT and unlock
"sign player easily" it will cost you 600 GP, then preset ML
to "MASTER NEGOTIATOR", second you need to hire a top
scout (5 LV German) once you are ready to spend 5m euro for him
every year, if you have those factors, then signing players you want should be much easier.

There will be no messages about "whether you can sign players easy or
what your chances are" from the scout in PES 12.
something like"Facing fierce competition to be in first team" will nearly
guarantee a successful signing.
I also signed players(Boatang,AMF, ACmilan) with scout saying" have
prestige" something like that, so IMO negotiation affection is not a
big matter for signing players, maybe to sign players who are first team
regulars will be difficult to sign and i am not sure about that.

Thanx guys. Another way i found to be good is to look on the list of players that have put renewal tlaks on hold since they are frustrated with either the offer made or the clubh itself they are likely to come...thats how i signed Zlatan ibra
