Serious problem; Anyone else having this issue?

My option file saves nothing.

Competitions like the ML and leagues or cups save, but my records, edited players and all of this sort of stuff, just goes when I close PES! I have tried everyyything I can think of to sort it out and I cant!

Its p*ssing me off seriously, and that mixed in with some of the bugs from the gameplay makes me just want to stop playing on it all together. Could somebody help?

Saving Problems

Certain members have experienced problems when trying to save competitions. The user Marahaxi believes that if your OS is installed on a drive other than the C: drive, this can cause the problem. In any event, save files are stored in the following locations:

XP: User Profile\My Documents\KONAMI\Save\
Vista: User Profile\Documents\KONAMI\Save\

The save game files are named as such:

Cup competition save file 1: PES2008_CUP01.BIN
League save file 1: PES2008_LEAGUE01.BIN
Master League save file 1: PES2008_ML01.BIN
Replay save file 1: PES2008_REPLAY01.BIN
Option File: PES2008_OPTION01.BIN
Edit File: PES2008_EDIT01.BIN

File two obviously ends with 02.BIN and file three 03.BIN etc.

i avent noticed any bugs except d flash tingy when u play . .

I have this problem only when my USB-Playstation controller was unplugged, so I guess the problem might be within the settings file found in:
Start Menu>All Prograrms>KONAMI>Pro Evolution Soccer 2008>settings

You may have to edit the settings within the Keyboard amd Controller tabs.
