I've almost broke my tv from chucking my ps3 controller because of all the shots I can never get off in advance (tap ins and in the box, closely market). Does manual allow these shots better?
Also, When I do some crosses in the box, sometimes the players would hit shot that hit the sideline, rather than forward......
maybe I finally get the whole sprinting concept...
Okay so advance shot is basically like this,
If you start a match as the home team you start attacking the right hand side goal end what you need to remember is the analog stick is represented by the players left hand side or right hand side therefor with the play facing the goal " this way -> "
Up represents his left hand side and
Down represents his right hand side so what you have todo is imagine your actually in the game yourself when you aim your shots the top left corner it would mean you aim your stick
Up/Right(diagonally) and top right means you aim it
Down/Right(diagonally).
What you should do to master advance shot is goto training mode and set your camera to Vertical ( following tailing camera behind your player like in Legend Mode ) this way you will truly understand how to use advance shot.
Full Manual is advance shot without the delay for the aimer meaning you pull off all your shots the same speed as basic shot but with less time to aim and also no aiming cursor on the goalso you can imagine the pros and cons with that you wont exactly get frustrated with the delay in the shots you try ( in the box / tap in ect ) but less time to aim and holding down the direction you want to aim your shot will send you shot to the corner flag or something so if you really want to just shoot and have a better chance of putting it in the back of the net without too much stress just stick to basic and learn how to bury shots with that setting. R2 ( Close control / Finesse Shots ) are my new love in the new patch as of before it was just feeble and not affective atall, now you can hit finesse from outside the box and they are so affective from the wings including inside the box they go in nearly all the time with good aim and a nice angle, one last thing is in PES people misunderstand the aiming concept advance shot should open your eyes to how shooting actually works in PES what you need todo regardless of what setting you put your shooting to is you always aim after you insert the power never hold the direction you want to aim the shot and then put the power in try letting go of all direction press shoot and then push the stick where you want the shot togo to in laymans terms.
Shoot then Aim. not Aim and Shoot
Hope this helps
