Seventy something laps of hell!

Just done one of the endurance races on GT4 and it was awfull so I decided to do the 24 hour Nurnberg (poor spelling?) in B-Spec mode. Every 5 minutes if have to do the pit stop changes.

Has anyone else done this race? You win an F1 car. I am supposed to be revising for my A-levels aswel. I do about an hour and cannot motivate myself to do anymore! grrr!

I left it on during the night and now it's complete. You can't save it during a race either so it's very anoying. The next Gran Turismo needs to have a save feature during the long races.

It wouldn't be a test of endurance if you could save it
Maybe it's supposed to be a bunch of people taking turns on that stage?

as zyg said wouldn't be much of an endurance if you could save mid race it would be pointless it being in the game!! same as if you took turns though that wouldn't test one persons endurance!!

I could never do the same track for 24 hours straight. Surely pausing it is defying the object as well, Zyg?

You could do what I do, do the race on a-spec for about 6 laps then prove that you're good enough to win the race by overtaking everyone then put it onto B-spec, that way it's not cheating because you could do the other 23 hrs 30 mins if you wanted and win but don't want to.

Yeah. That's a good way to reassure yourself, I suppose. It makes you feel less of a lazy sodd.
