Shot power pes 2018

Greetings everyone

I am playing Pro Evolution Soccer for 20 years at least once every week. Last couple of months was the first period that I stopped playing because new 2018 version is so boring to me and my friends. There are some good things to this simulation, upgraded things, but the shooting is like 2017 awful. Scoring goals from distance is impossible in superstar and legendary level for sure. You could make ,,perfect,, player with all 99 skills i make the ,,worst,, goalkeeper , in training you will never score outside 30 m distance, even 25 m. So i am asking you to save our year if someone could modify gameplay, just to make shoots at least 3 times stronger and I think that one thing could solve problem :hogan:

yeah. shooting from distance is hard to score. Its best to shoot inside the box or just outside the box but sometimes we can score long range shoots too especially when the ball is coming to you, you can make a one nice shoot touch. i scored a few like this.

Try shooting in the area its a lot easier imo

If you really want to score from outside a smaller tv screen might help? Because the pitch will be smaller and you won't have so far to the goal

The goalkeepers in PES 2018 are ridiculously hard to beat from distance.

I have the solution in these two easy steps...

1) When you shoot and the power bar is set, pull the left control stick in the opposite direction to the goal you're shooting at and BAM!!!! A more powerful dipping shot. I have scored some absolute screamers with this method. (especially with Kane)

2) This takes a long time to do... I have adjusted the "Coverage" of every keeper to 60 (except the really exceptional goalkeepers like Neuer, Buffon, De Gea, Lloris, Courtois etc. who have 70 "Coverage".)
After making these stats adjustments, the goalkeepers are a lot more realistic with their ability. The keepers are still quick, responsive and pull off great saves, but easily flying through the air and catching powerful accurate shots are no more!

I have been a soccer fan since the Cosmos in the 70's and in IMHO shots from 25-30 M out only convert 4-5% of the time on average. There really is no huge database, at least that I am aware of that really tracks this info. So in PES it should be difficult to score from that far out. Maybe some of the more talented players with more power should have a little more success, but I believe it is balanced as is. Lowering the coverage attribute for most goalies is not the answer.
