has any 1 got any tips abot scoring from long range im tryin to beat my 37m shot. but when i shoot from around the half way line or from the d the shot goes wide or doesnt have anoth power. does any 1 have any tips to help me out?

It depends on which player you are using to shoot. I too, am trying to shoot from halfway, it's very hard.

Try Adriano, my brother scored against me with miracle long shots. But nothing behind the halfway line or on it, but close.

Take a Strong shooter and try it out.Like for example adriano 99 shot power and good shot accurycy

ive tryed with adriano but his accuracy is terrible. and the goals ive seen on the net are from the halfway line and seem to get more height.

Oh it will be hard then juts go in to edit and search players which have good power and good accuracy

Basically I was playing my dad (hes an average player)
I was england he was France...
I took a corner kick, he headed the ball straight over to Henry and ran about 8 yards then pressed cross (circle) and Robo was of hes line just outside the 18 yard box and curled it right round Robinson.
It was from about 65-70 yards just outside to the right of the middle circle in his own half. Thats the best goal on pes 08 I've seen so far.
Just fought i'd tell everyone! :D

You thought you'd tell everyone that your DAD scored from the half way line against you? If that was me I'd beat my Dad with the joypad, pack the console away, take it to Gamestation, get some cash and drown my sorrows in some hell hole of a bar and retire for good from gaming.

my flatmate got scored on on pro evo 6 from the half way line by the 7 year old boy he was baby sitting for. still thinks it the best goal hes seen. and the kid had no idea what he was doing!!!

try pirlo,
I tried a pass which deflected off the oposition players just outside the centre cirle, it fell right to pirlo's feet. i put almost full shot power and Pirlo hammered it into the top corner.
wish i saved it now :(

ppl some rally gd goals ur are talkking abot but wot console did u score them on? because i find it way more easier to score from long range on the ps2 then the ps3 by far.

When releasing your shoot button, hold down R2 - or your equivelent - and it swaps the power for accuracy, placing it into a corner away from the keeper. Works for me if playing with a decent player i.e - Eusebio
