, I'm 4th in the team rankings (Santos are around 25th), I've got one of the best scouts, a pile of money and I've changed the transfer activity to high. Anyone signed him?, I've got a funny feeling that he's going to do a messi and I'm never going to have him in my master league squad ever again. I know realistically messi wouldn't leave barca, but I almost guarentee that everyone who playes ML plans on having him on there side at some point, and konami knows this but they've made it impossible to sign him AND NOW NEYMAR!!

in my ML he moved to Real Madrid after a few seasons at Santos .. signing him is all about timing.. put him in your favourite, see how many seasons left in his contract, in his last season of contract, keep checking his status semi weekly .. this way you will sign him .. it's all about timing and one week can make a difference. So keep a spot in your team empty ( keep only 31 players ) and keep an eye and you will get him.

I tried to sign Neymar for 50 times and De Rossi for 30 times.

but ultimately i signed them Neymar for 83 million euros....

he will move to your club in summer and summer only.

James Rodriguez and my personal favorite ... Silvestre Varela ^_^

Neymar is now in his last contract year(3rd) Hopefully I'll be able to get him. He will be 25.

Edit: Just noticed Neymar renewed his contract for years with his current club...Just after I've been tracking him for the last 12 months knowing he only have one year left on his contract. Bloody hell, who wants a player when his 30 something.... I may just as well give up on signing him....

I seem to find that the team ranking doesn't seem to increase much despite your performance through the season.

It can be frustrating that it is still hard to sign players even when your team is doing well. Has anyone got any tips on how to sign the better players in the game? Does the scout you employ make much of a difference to being able to sign players?

Well ,Zon Sagres is like Eredivisie(Holland league),there's not so many teams like in Ligue 1 or Premier League,teams are solid and you get to play with players like Varela,Lucho,Gaitan,Bruno Cesar,Cardozo...and my personal favorite James Rodriguez :) ... I would like to correct myself,I just bought Belhanda for 41mil.e
Balotelli is 15% on chances of signing,M'Vila 41% ... K.Asamoah(Juventus) 41%

I play with Roma now,it is my 5th season,i have about a bilion euros to spend....Neymar and James Rodriguez are still imposible to sign,but Hulk,Pastore,Witsel,Ronaldo,Messi,Isco are betwen 9% and 15% chances of signing,that means that they are boughtable,Neymar is still an idiot,he plays for Milan ,and he is the only forward in his team,they finished 8th in the league and I am wining everything that could be won(League,Cup,Champ. League,Super Cup) and he stll won't sign for me >-/

yuup!!the scout u employ is very important!!i employed the italian scout n half a season later i got C.Ronaldo!!!!its true he is 30 now but he signed for 05 years!!!messi is 29 now but i tink ill get him in da nxt season wen he'll be 30!!as 4 neymar he signed for man utd!!he signed 3 yrs n is playin his 2nd yr!!hopefully i think ill sign him nxt season!!

in my first master league i've sign neymar a week ago. i'm in august 2018 and his overall is 103, and he has 26 years i think. i bought him by 85 mil. he is quite good!

Just place him on any of the 2nd division team and it's yours. It's value will drop to the ground and you can get him on a bargain on your first ML season :tongue:
