Slimline PS2 Modding???

Hi guys,

I really want to use 1 of the fine patches available from this site, they look so cool. However my PS2 is not "modded". I checked out psxservices.co.uk for some of the devices required, but they are not compatable with the slimline PS2.:no:

Any advice on where to obtain 1 compatable with the slimline PS2 would be much appriciated!!!

You also need the swap magic discs and then it should work

You can actually do it without splashing out like that on shitty bits of metal. I managed to mod mine using some toilet paper, a bit of plastic and some strong glue. And of course the swap magic discs.

Tape and Tissue Method

Instead of the tape, I used a bit of plastic and some strong glue (the tape just came off when it got too hot).

how long have u used the tape and toliet method and have u encountered any problems?
