So many countries....

Was creating myself today on Pro Evo 5, and when I went to choose my nationality I was amazed at the number they had on there.
Is a shame that there aren't this many on the actual game.
I know alot of people wouldn't use alot of them but it would be nice to have the option.

It would be great to have all them other teams in there such as Lebanon, Ghana, Bosnia etc.

It would bring a whole new dimension to the game.

Would be nice, but I would rather they spent more of there time concentrating to license more clubs then create more national teams.

Besides, mose of those teams are shit, thats the reason why there not in the game. Those teams have like one half decent player each if that.

It would be pointless having them in there. Its like saying, "here mate, i will give you PES5 but thats not all, i will also give you PES4,PES3,PES2 and PES."

Also, some people might want to play with there country that aint in the game. Like an Angolian guy might want to play with Angola.

Iran are in the game because they have qualified for 2 out of the 3 most recent world cups. They also have some good players like Daei, Mahdavikia and Karimi.

IMO they have a better claim to be in the game than the likes of Wales, Northern Ireland, Peru, Hungary, Finland and Slovakia.

You have to replace an existing team, player by player. Patching can help change the name of a national team and stuff that can't be changed in edit mode.

Thanks for the response..see my ps2 isnt chopped so i cant patch anything. When i go to a national team edit mode you can only chage the kit and stadium...i could create ghana from a club team but that would mean they would be in my ML and I cant use them for the WC?Dilemma..any ideas how i can solve this?

Your PS2 isn't "chopped"? :lol:

I think you mean "chipped". Firstly, you don't need a chipped PS2 to patch PES. All you need is a Slide Card/Flip Top Lid and Swap Magic.

It is possible to overwrite a club team with a national team. But as you said, they'd appear in your Master League which is not right.

The only way you can get them to play in the World Cup is if you overwrite a current national team (using game editors or a patch).

I don't even think anyone has made a patch yet which includes Ghana as a national team. So you may have to wait a while for the patching method.

But, if you really want to, you could overwrite them yourself. But I wouldn't recommend it.
