Sogo & Blackcat Patch better than Wolf05 but help needed!!

On filefront.com, there is a PES4 PC patch by Sologoles and Blackcat which has instructions written in spanish! and as a result I cannot (despite trying to) work out how to get it to work. But get this, the Wolf 2005 patch (which I think is quite good) only has 3 star rating, but the Sologoles patch gets 5 stars from 8000+ people! Whatever it does it sounds awesome so if anyone could help me get it to work I'm sure I would be eternally grateful.

I downloaded the patch and its for PS2 not PC. My poor spanish lets me down a bit but it is mostly just edited Spanish Teams I think. The instructions for installation are a bit complicated and I think there are probably better PS2 patches for people who dont speak spanish out here somewhere.
