What about setting up à cup competition and choose 20 spanish teams, having to play each other two times.

There you have your league mode. Thoughts???

You should be able to setup a League within the Community Section. I often play an International League that way.

you can set up a league/cup/tournament with 64 teams in PES12 I believe. However, I don't think you can have a league season with CL and league cup within it.

Someone offered the suggestion the other day of choosing a team in ML but shutting all the transfers and everything off.

There is no community mode this year. They've removed it haven't they?

Nevermind the CL and cups within the league.

I think most of us want to play with a friend, choosing one team each and then play a season with e.g. Serie A

If it is true you can set up a "free" league of 62 teams then that will be great (though awful Konami removed it from the beginning)

how could I have forgotten it was you :facepalm:

I never realized ML could be played like this in the past. I guess with good ol season mode it didn't matter.

but what about FA cup/CL during a ML season....does it embed?

Yes it does, however it may all seem pretty good but remember every player will start off wearing black boots and you can still gain boots to boost stats. Theres just not stat upgrades through player development.

To the OP, you cannot put 16 teams in one group, can you?
