It's not really a transfer but I thought I'd drop it here:

Douglas from FC Twente changed his nationality from Brazilian to Netherlands. He's probably gonna be called-up when everything is done with the FIFA.

He did it because he lives in the Netherlands for a long time, has a dutch wife and his children were born there.
