Some sage like advice needed please

Hi guys,

After trawling through the net trying to find the answers to some questions regarding online gaming and the like. Could someone please give a definative answer to the following:

1. I have WE8:LE (bought from play-asia ) and a modded PAL PS2, am I able to play this game online?

2. If so, does anyone know how I setup my PS2 to connect with ntl:home 1MB BB, preferably using the set top box as this sits right next to the PS2.

3. I understand that I will need to have a router in place at some point in the equation, can this router be wireless enabled as I will be getting a wireless notebook for use at home which will also be using the ntl 1MB BB. I was thinking of getting a Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router as this has ports for wired as well as wirleless.

Any thoughts guys would be most appreciated

Since it seems more hassle to setup the PS2 to play WE8 LE online. I was thinking of buying either PES4 or WE8I for the PC for online play, however before I do so could someone advise me if my laptop is of a sufficient spec :
