someone help me import IMAGE file into XBOX360?

hey guys, I'm looking for help about import the team emblem into XBOX format.
I know I need to get the "bin" file to convert to XBOX file, but I don't know how to insert the PNG file into the BIN file.

for example: I copy the TEMBLEM100.bin file from XBOX to USB disk, also I got the team emblem image save in "PNG" file, how I can insert this PNG file in the TEMBLEM100.bin file to replace the original emblem and let it working on my XBOX?
