They are just a bit of fun put in by Konami. Many people see them as pointless and stupid, but I think they are pretty funny and would be a laugh in multiplayer mode (like double speed in PES3).

And the most milked joke regarding the animal heads would be to put the horse head on Van Nistelrooy.....
