Special skills: Speed merchant?

Does the special skill cards like speed merchant and mid-range curler feature exists in pes 2013 like 2012?... players like Messi, Ronaldo, Robben, Villa, Ribery

Speed merchants are still in but before you rant, they aren't actually as useful as before. Its now possible to stop them with an average defender and timing is less crucial than before. Players like Nani and Abate are quite easy too stop and in that context, the mid range curler seems useless as it only helps R2 shots a bit unlike 2012 when one touch of shoot would curl it into the corner.

On Pes12 players like Messi, Rooney, di natale, villa could come in from the wing at a 90% angle to the goal and score some immense curling goals with relative ease (can't remember which player card was needed, long range drive or something I think). I've tried on the Pes13 demo with rooney and I can't seem to replicate it, I can get the shot looking ok, but it's always saved. Which I spose is a good thing.

Yeah, but with stuff like this, it's just abused to death online. No such thing as 'used properly' in online gaming anymore.

Judging by the demo, the card seems to be tamed. But you're still gonna see teams full of SM players imo (mlo). They should have just got ride of it completely.

I'm just waiting to see what the next OP thing PES13 online will be. My guess is something to do with the new shooting system.

Creating a balanced but still fun game is one of the hardest task online game makers face.

Look at cod and BF, they suffer the same as PES does. It's the community that ruin the game, there are such things as speed merchants, but it's the nobs who can only score by sprinting down a wing to cross or pass to a player across goal that ruin the game.
