I like that too - looks nice. But does it really look good ingame? when you start a game the camera moves and you will see that the black crossbars are not on top of the roof but approximately 50m behind the stadium.
And the left and the right end of the image don't fit, look at the bars.

Can you upload an image how this looks in the game?

I also thought about building a background for the BayArena (Bayer Leverkusen) to show the building closely behind the stand on the left

but I didn't do it because I thought it wouldn't look accurate when the perspective changes.

Rose Park - again debatable, but many say Villa Park (Aston Villa)

Royal London - dunno. SMoKE patch says Emirates (Arsenal) but I strongly disagree.

Estadio Del Nuevo Triunfo - Estadi Cornellà-El Prat (Espanyol)

Sagittaire - Stade de Gerland (Lyon)

Orione - Stadio Angelo Massimino (Catania)

Burg Stadion - BayAerna (Leverkusen)

Ville Marie - Azteca (Mexico national)

Escorpiao - Maracana (Brazil national)

Amazonas - dunno. Some people say it's Estadio de los Defensores del Chaco (Paraguay national) but it looks nothing like it.

Palenque - Toyota Stadium (Nagoya Grampus)

Mohamed Lewis Stadium - Stade Mohamed V (Morocco national)

Konami Stadium - hideously over sized fake that Konami programme in for far too many teams!

Like you said, some people say that Amazonas Stadium is the "Defensores del Chaco" (Assuncion, Paraguay) but it doesn't look with it. It's closed to Estádio Bezerrão at city of Gama (next to Brasilia, Brazil's capital), the same stadium where Brazil won Portugal 6-2 few years ago. I think is based on it cause the name ("Amazonas") cleary remember Brazil and the layout is closed to this recent stadium built. Well, if we still think about the name, could be a Colombian ou Venezuelan Stadium, but anyway...

However, Escorpiao remembers more the old Mineirão Stadium (at Belo Horizonte) than the Maracanã. Mineirão (before this reform) used to have a track and field gray around the field (Escorpiao has it) and it has the same "circle" form of Maracanã.

I dind't try the second background of Dortmund because I hadn't time. but the first you posted was really good.
Which one do you use in the game?
Could you scale the same Dortmund background for stand type 1 ? It would look perfect on the game

yes - I've found some images and made a few tests/sketches
But
1.) I think I have to draw the red bars - this will take a little time
2.) I will probably draw the bars only behind left and right stand, because I think it will look sh*** behind the main and rear stand (perspective problem) - let's just see how it works

I'm very busy at the moment, perhaps I'll try it on sunday ok :rolleyes:

Maybe he's busy on other things, so many people on these forums give up so much of their own time creating things for others out of sheer kindness. I'm sure he'll let you know if/when he does it.

Hi milenec - I didn't try it again after my first attempt (which didn't work). I was busy doing requested kits in a new thread I started a few days ago.
I don't want to try it again, because I think the result wouldn't be good.

Perhaps someone else can help you with your Karaiskakis.
