Stadiums

Another rant from me:

I really don't see the point of having stadiums on the game if they aren't going to put full detail in. They might as well use one. When the game starts you can only see the pitch and that's where the detail should be. When I'm watching footy on tv, I can tell straight away what stadium it is at because of the pitch and the nets and I want the same feeling on PES.

Im Man United, I'm at OT, the players should come from the tunnel at the Stretford End, not in the middle of the stadium. The pitch should look like OT, the nets should look like OT and the crowd should be singing United chants.

I don't feel like I'm playing at OT or Wembley or Anfield etc. Please develop this next year.

I'm new to PES forum and thinking of buying PES2010 this weekend - how many stadiums are in PES2010.... including generic etc.?

I agree!
When I play at Anfield, the players come out from this huge tunnel... It would be great if the the tunnel was a little smaller and they walked down a few steps and touched the 'This is Anfield' sign and then went onto the pitch just like in real life.

Another thing about Anfield is when the commentator says this:

''Now the home side are attacking thier favourite side''

And thats when i'm playing as Liverpool and attacking the Anfield Road Stand. Liverpools favoutite side is The Kop, but the commentator seems to think differently on PES...

And good point about Old Trafford too. They come out from the middle of the pitch but the tunnel in real life is in the corner.

And the nets and spaces between the pitch and the fans could be more realistic on some stadiums...

def could do with more small lower league type stadiums and as people said, the goal nets and posts should resemble the real stadium....

pointless having the proper stadiums if they dont make it worth the players while...
like playing at OT or Anfield during play, it looks all the one.

nets are diff in ML, most of the away stadiums have the same coloured nets as the teams you are playing...

didnt see any though in the normal modes like Exhibition etc

dont bother, better to konami works on animations and a true 360 degree control, stadiums dont make the team.

The atmosphere is a major talking point in relation to stadia. I want to feel like im playing in a final cos the fans are exactly the same with a Madrid v Xerez league game. The fans sound good but in a final they should be absolutely bonkers.

Cheers guys - I went searching around and looked at some pics - they look pretty good, Does anyone know if PES will release DLC stadiums for this year?

Only thing that bothers we with the stadia is that they are always REALLLLLY far away from the pitch, look at anfield its miles away from the pitch. Even old trafford too.. I appreciate they might be far away in real life but not that far... is this a coding thing because I have noticed it across all football games including fifa? For example ball bouncing off crowd etc?

Yeah, I'm not to bothered about stuff like this usually, boots and untucked shirts etc, but the stadia piss me off. They could never model the Gallowgate at SJP right. Not that it matters anymore like.
