You started with Man U... with the Man U squad? Did you start in D1 or D2?
If you started in D2 with the actual Man U squad and got your ass whooped, then I think you need to hit the training grounds, and hit them hard.

come on here on PES Gaming we dont critisize, yet we help. i have some advice. Dont run with C.Ronaldo all the time or run with a key player, the whole point of football is to play as a team. Pass to all the players, play one two's. A key thing to do is keep an eye on the radar. the little box on your screen with dots. watch for key runs to open up the opponents defence. overall, just try. no need to quit. Masterleague goes on forever (i think) so afew bad seasons wont hurt.
just believe in your players and play beautiful football. try using stratergys on the formation settings and mess around with the stratergys till you find something perfect. try different formations like 4-3-3 or 5-4-1. once you grab the glory, you will be victorious. that one game you win might influence you. so keep on trying. dont give up.

Maybe try a lower level like normal.
But I am playing proffesional and the first match I drew and won the rest. I use Chelsea.
