How can I see the goal and assist totals for my entire team? I was able to do it in the old PES but I have looked for it on this one and I can't find it.

You can for your current season, but not previous. God I'm working off my memory here but if you go to the menu on the right with your negotiations, scout, estimated earnings etc. If you go to the one called "My Team" or something like that it will bring up your squad. If you then hit R2 the stats will change and you can see how many games everyone has played, how many goals or assists they have and their average rating overall for the season. Hope that guides you to it, sorry if it doesn't.
for previous years or seasons you can not see any stats unfortunately.. This has to be fixed in PES 2011.. If it is a career-mode , you have to see your or a players' past ...
As lazysod said you can see total goal /assists/played match / avg.rating(which is totally uselless and crap) in " my team" screen for current season, but all data is get deleted related to past years when you complete a season..
