Stocking formation?

Is it possible to simply stock your formation and tactics without having to save them?

Whenever I play in exhibition mode everything gets reset after every match, even if you click rematch and go straight to the game. I realize there is a save option, but I don't think its right to save a formation every single time you want to play a friendly... you know when a friends over you want to play a couple of games these teams, then switch etc.

Also, the guest player can't save a formation unless he's signed into an xbox profile (not sure what its like on other consoles).

Surely there has to be a more user friendly way to stock your formation so that you can play a quick rematch?! Please correct me if I'm wrong on anything I said.

For any / all subsequent rematches you can go into the data management area and select default to revert back.

But if I select default won't it just be the default formation in the game? Or are you saying this will recover the changes made during the previous match?

Will have to have a look later when I play again.

There doesn't seem to be a way around this. You're going to have to load your formations every time or possibly go to edit mode and tinker your favourite teams to your liking.

This is something that's annoyed me since I bought the game. I don't understand why Konami took away the data management option that lets you temporarily save up to 3 formations instantly. But even if previous games didn't have the temporary save functions, at least they let you save and load up to 3 different formations at a time instead of just the one now.

Another annoying part is that when you go to the quick match lobby the game doesn't load your edited formations from your system, you instead have to start with the default formations for every team every time.
