Hi everyone ,, Ive been reading the forums today and its really pissed me off the amount of moaning people are doing about PES xbox live.

Look what the hell do you lot expect???.. off course its been rushed from Konami!..its only a port over from the PS2 so they've not done hardly anything to much to take advantage of the xbox hardware. Then they've obviously decided to stick on a Xbox live option - to stop you lot from moaning about not having an online option!!! GOD theres no pleasing some people..I bet you moaners would be moaning and wineing even more if they hadnt included it in this version.

So just get use to the odd occasional lag game, if that worried about lag get a bigger connection or simply (as someone has already suggesed) turn off the / down the commentry / sound.

Ive had some great lag free games, and the patch has virtually god rid of lag, so just get on and play the BEST football game out there! im sure Kanomi will improve the xbox live bit for each and every next version of Xbox pes as they do with the normal game.

Or if you still want to moan go and play fifa!

I dunno if I was the first person to mention that online play appears rushed, but I get the feeling you are responding to my post in a previous thread. When I said it feels rushed though, I wasn't being overly critical, and like I said in that post, I reckon Pro Evo 5 is where the series will take-off online. I think Pro Evo 4 is online and just about functional to be honest. It feels like a warm up for something that will hopefully be far superior. If Konami mess Pro Evo 5 up, THEN I will be pissed off.

PS - And this is coming from someone who bought an Xbox, signed up to Xbox Online and bought Pro Evo AGAIN just to play the game online ;)

Considering that PES3 should have been online, nokami's efforts have been very poor at implementing online mode for PES4. And they had the chance to fix things with a patch and still do a small part of what was needed and expect us to be happy with it.

We're moaning because we want them to fix the game. If people hadn't moaned, there would be no patch - what do you think of that??
"of course it's been rushed!" - WTF? It's not like they change the games that drastically over the years.

We're talking about a professional games-making company and they release stuff that is incomplete and rushed. Playing PES is about split-second decisions and moves - lag just ruins the game for some of us.

And don't be stupid and say "go play fifa". Go play it yourself. I'd rather have PES online fixed and perfected. Not left like the shite state it's in now.

leftback, It is perfectly ok to moan about a product that is inferior in quality.
If you went and bought a car, drove it home and it wouldn't go above 30 mph. Would you just leave it on the drive and go and buy another brand, just because the manafacturers claimed they were in a rush!!

Xbox Live is a surefire way for developers to guarantee income ( reduced piracy ). They touted Live access well before the release date and there is no law saying they couldn't put the release date back to fine tune. So the rushing theory is a load of bollox. The only rush was to catch the Christmas pennies.

It's greed by konami all the way. I wonder if they ever considered charging 80% of the price for unfinished work? Doubt it.

One thing I have wondered is how they tested the Live system. Anyone on here privelidged enough to be a beta?

Get a bigger connection ? 512K should be more than then enough!! I used to be a quake and quake 2 player in the days of modems and they played a lot better on a modem than Pro Evo does today on a broadband connection. "
Its a port over" - so what you still gotta pay for the damn thing and its not cheap either!

Why should people go and subscribe to 1 or 2 meg connection just to play a poorly programmed game - get real !

I know its not perfect and I'm not saying you should put up with an inferior product, I'm simple saying people who moan like PES live is the worst game ever online in the world EVER! should stop moaning and appriceate the game for what it is.

Of course perfect games can be accomplished, just look at Zelda 3: A Link to the Past and Super Mario Bros 3 :)

Moaning and bitching is where people get ideas together to form proper lines of complaints and petitions in order to try and get things fixed.

And you spelt "Jesus" wrong.
