Striped tops!?!?

Can someone please explain how you get striped tops in edit mode in PES4/WE8??? I've been trying to edit the Celtic home top but the strip type doesnt appear to be there although it was in all the others

Yeah it's been confirmed that there are no striped shirts in edit mode, but the default kits for alot of the striped shirt teams are there...eg. Newcastle and Palace...

i guess konami thought not many clubs use them so there's no point putting them in(except for default teams)

Thats really crap, that means Celtic are stuck with that stupid plain white top. damn i need a patch soon! really frustrates me

I'm a saints fan and the default kit looks poor, I hope the sponsor editor works!

I wouldnt hold out too much hope...
The sponsor editor requires you to create a stripe and stick it on the shirt.
It only works on the front but not the back or sleeves.It kinda works with kits such as the Chelsea away(white one with 2 shade blue stripe down the front) or the new Lyon kit but thats about it.
Another Konami own goal.A shame really since the WE7I Japan version had a really great kit editor.

Alternativly, you could never play against a team with a striped kit...

Thankfully I support Liverpool, and they don't have stripes, but as for keeping it all up-to-date without my stupid memory card wiping MAX Drive, well, I'll have to wait until the 15th to find out.
