Stupid keepers

When you say to a keeper to come out... if the keeper goes out of the box... he will just run away from the ball and slide nowhere near the player with the ball.

Its the dumbest thing ive ever seen a keeper do.. its almost un imaginable in human terms... i mean literally 5 metres from the ball sliding thin air.

I've yet to experience this problem. When I hit ^ for the keeper to come out, he always goes right for the ball.

i´ve had this prob too..but i think its about timing too.try not to hold the button for too long or he will keep running and then make a daft tackle.i think its trying to make it more realistic too..

i will admit they do slide this year well in the demo i had valdes sent off from a slide tackle but on the odd occasion they run past like nothings there

In general i don't call him outside the the penalty area. The keepers are useless outside the box, as you mention beccause they just slide meters away from the ball..
