Substitutions taken place themselves

Its probably something easy but how do i turn off the computer making subs ,really annoying

I'm not sure exactly where it is but roughly it's; Game plan then it's one of the bottom tabs where the pre set tactics are, I think it's the last or penultimate tab. Then it says auto coach or assistance or something and I think it mentions substitutes. It shouldn't be on as standard neither I don't think.
