G'day, can you make your own team on pes 2008 on the pc? As in start from scratch and give players names, faces and a name for the team, design kits n such ...then create a master league with that team?

I did this on pes 5 on the playstation with no trouble and want to replicate it on the pc, but i really cant see how.
