It should be fairly simple enough for you to copy the links to the images from the evo thread and paste them into the first post of this thread to show which are which. You can get the image code by right clicking on the images. Every little helps ;)

I didn't make the boots... I just put them all together so they could be put back into the game for use...

What do you need to play of the iso file a patched ps2?

You don't nessarily need a chipped PS2, you can get the swap disks

You will need the original of the PES4. Then you could follow the [thread=16240]tutorial[/thread] to make a patched version of the original with real kits, boots, transfers and much more!!!

No.
Max drive and x-port option files only contain in-game edit mode data.
Boot packs can only be used if you patch your game (using your PC and then burning onto CDR/DVDR) and playing on a modded ps2.

so if i buy the swap disks can i patch the game using a cd + writer, cos i heard that the ps2 only supports dvd - discs and not dvd +
