System error - Installing original after deleting cracked

[HELP] System error

Hello everyone, I'm new here so be kind. :D

I had installed cracked version of PES 2013, then I bought original and deleted old version in order to go online.
When I installed the original game it didn't work, so I cracked it and worked fine.. but now every time new patch comes out I have to wait for crack! :(

How to get my game works without being cracked?! HELP
Tried reinstalling without success.

Error message is:

You need to delete all files associated with the crack/copy, including in the registry. Also, some files names may not be connected with it either so could be very hard to find.

If all else fails then a clean install of windows should sort the problem out.

Tried advanced uninstall with "Your Unin-staller"... it should have deleted all connected files, and do the registry cleaning... but no change..

I'm left with no other than reinstall of windows... :/

If you have the original, why do you have to crack it inorder to work? :p I won't buy that reason.

Anyways, install the latest DirectX. That should solve the deal.

I think he means he tried the cracked copy out, liked the game and bought the original.
