you cant make the pink background you have to go on edit kit where their is a block in the centre of the kit

i already had it saved from pes4 and used it again

i find this the best way
txt line 1 .t..mobile. white
txt line 2 llllllllll x10 pink
txt line 3 llllllllll x10 again pink

place them in the centre move the pink one around till u get this
