Excellent work with those faces mate :)
But I have to ask one question: is there any specific reason why you didn't include Mick Jones (312 games with 111 goals) and Allan "Sniffer" Clarke (364 games with 151 goals)? Those two were probably the best CFs in Leeds history (after John Charles of course ;) ) and were key players from the Leeds squad of the late 60's/early 70's that won several competitions (+ several second places and lost finals) and is still regarded as the best Leeds team ever ;)
IMO those two should really be included here, also Gary Sprake (at least if you want to add a third GK), Terry Cooper (miles ahead of Dorigo and Harte) and Gordon McQueen (surely better than Woodgate and Radebe) would be possible names for this suqad ;)

Thanks Joe and thanks for the suggestions mate. If I'm honest mate, I had a lot of problems sourcing stats for this team. I couldn't find Jones or Clarke on the web if memory serves me correct. Cooper was another as well that I had difficulties with. I did have McQueen down as well but I think he suffered the same fate. That's why had to use the other guys, not from a very successful team but they still played some good football.

If someone could provide stats, I could make a few alterations. Maybe add players to, rather then take away.

Irishmen get in by default because I am Irish lol. Neil Kilkenny and Stephen Mcphail nearly made it haha.. Joking of course.

Hi guys,

Any plans to include Red Star Belgrade? They won the European Cup and Intercontinental Cup in 1991. They had a great team for many years before the Civil War in Yugoslavia.

How about Tottenham first English side to win European trophy, Cup Winners Cup 1963

Both Spurs and Red Star are great suggestions guys but we can unfortunately only do what is in front of us as there are only a few of us working on it.

Only 3-4 'face editors' in total have contributed to this project. Ratmundo, Mylo and myself. Max Buss also helped but the language barrier made it too difficult to do effectively. There were many more who were asked and many who agreed also but when it came to the work. They were too busy or had some other excuse. The idea from my view was always to create a community that works together for a common goal without self interests being each individual's priority but instead a case of many hands make light work so we can all get on with playing the game.

I want to open this up idea again to the community again. Maybe submit to me a classic team of your making? I won't disregard any ones effort. Alterations may be needed too suit our concept and of course it would have to be teams we have not already produced.

I don't expect too many (if any) to say they will but it is not something that is necessity. It would increase the speed in which people can use our work though. I can only say you will only receive a thank you in return but at least people will use the work.

Phase 1 has had over 80,000 downloads. So everyone involved in part one should be extremely proud of that no matter how big or small the contribution was. This is the scale your work will be used at, so maybe a tiny bit of motivation to those who would like to contribute.

well stated. Ive got some time on my hands over the next couple of months and actually quite enjoy the edit mode. I'm not confident in terms of how to go about creating a team...face building, kits, exporting etc....with a little guidance i could help!

Hey mate, I replied to PM before I read this so ignore my main question. Thanks for the help. :)

I can send you a video with Sporting stats if you like? It will make a lot easier for inputting stats. As for faces you'll have to give a go mate if that is ok? You can also make a few alterations from the squad I have mate. Do check other teams in case of duplicates though. I would feel bad if you spent a great deal of time creating a face for him to be at another club already. Also sporting is another team where I could not source certain stats on the web, so there are a few gaps but we do have access to an old option file so we can use that if needed.

Note* body balance is now physical contact. Body control is a cross between agility and technique.

If I can add one more OCD requirement. If you can build the squad so it

GK CB CB RB LB MID MID MID MID FW FW // GK CB DEF MID MID FW FW // DEFENCE / MID / FW.

It's too protect line ups and keep match day squads balanced.

Will u be doing national teams

Only club teams mate. We have difficulties completing this. National teams would take until pes 18 :(.

My advice is to configure current national teams using existing classic players we have made. We might not have enough players as of yet for full classic national teams but there would be possibilities to have a good mix of current and classic players.

Red Star were the team that I wanted to include in phase 2 more than any to be honest.

Sorry to hear that people have let you down buddy, but this is exactly what I thought would happen unfortunately. But Mylo is a good lad and churns out players of a great standard in no time.

I have been working on Classic/All Star National teams mate, and will be placing details in my thread in the next week or so. Over 40 Nations included ;)

Glad too hear you are still editing mate :)

I took out a sentence before I posted that. I did not want to come across as spiteful to all the others who were asked and had agreed and then gave me an excuse. They have all been actively making faces since pes 17s release. It shows the general attitude of most pes editors.

It also should show the selflessness of yourself, Mylo and Max.

Thanks Ratmundo. I understand everybody is working hard to create classic teams and i appreciate the effort and time spent. It would great if Red Star could be included in phase 3 if there is another phase but if its too much trouble i understand. Ratmundo would you consider creating a Yugoslavia national team? They had a golden generation before the breakup with players like Stojkovic, Savicevic, Prosinecki, Boban, Suker, Jugovic, Mijatovic, Pancev, Susic, Mihajlovic,Jarni... to name a few :)

Please mate, if you want to ask questions regarding my own option file then post in my own thread. It's not fair on the guys working on this project buddy ;)
