It has been brought to my attention today that a certain individual on eBay has been trying to monetise work from this file and others.

Red Star were the team that I wanted to include in phase 2 more than any to be honest.
Sorry to hear that people have let you down buddy, but this is exactly what I thought would happen unfortunately. But Mylo is a good lad and churns out players of a great standard in no time.
I have been working on Classic/All Star National teams mate, and will be placing details in my thread in the next week or so. Over 40 Nations included

Hi Guys cannot wait for version 2 of the classic clubs even though your not having Sunderland in :no:. PLease coud someone from your team get in contact with Ratmundo so you can work out how to have the classic clubs and classic international teams he is creating working alongside together cause i'm sure all classic lovers will want it.

The next version, all kits will be 1024. We will more then likely give each team 3 kits only as well. Home, Away and GK. Then it will be up to user if they want to apply additional kits themselves.

I got roped into buying an option file myself with the current stuff on off ebay for £10 when i first bought the game, new to all this

I Didn't know about this site of course and guys like yourself kind enough to share their work for free, live and learn i suppose. but this is abusing the kindness off people like yourself, who spend many hours unpaid to provide this. It's hard to know what to do to stop this though, aside from charging a small fee for a download yourselves. It is certainly worth it imo.

Hey man I think every so often we all fall for a 'trap'. I hope not too many have fallen for those ripping off our work though. It's annoying but not so surprising within the pes editing community. A lot of "me" editors from what I've seen that think they are naturally owed something for their efforts.
I wouldn't go down the road of charging people for this type of work nor would I ask for donations in the future. The motivation of a person changes when these things are in place.

This is a huge issue in the Winning Eleven Community, there's a guy that sells essentially the entire DFL and J-League (translated to Japanese) for 2000 yen ($20). He also claims every month is their 'last month in business' to trick people into buying the product...
I emailed them about them selling the J-League OF I released here...I got one prompt apology email claiming they'll 'check it out' and 'delete once it's confirmed'...then nothing.
Many Winning Eleven Editors are reluctant to release their OFs and Kit Files because they don't want this group, called Chou Soccer, to steal it.
Really sorry to hear your work is being stolen pal. It will surely bring about the end of sharing work from many editors if it continues.
20$ too!? That's extortion. I really hope he has not been able to sell any. I guess the best way to eradicate is to educate people about how all this work is for free but there will always be people who fall for a scam unfortunately
. I don't know if it's possible though, when people think they can make money. Depending on the person, they will sacrifice morals to obtain it.
In addition to the classic file being stolen, pesuniverse main file has also been stolen and is being sold from another site. The person who is doing it does not care at all and has followed numerous members of pesuniverse on Twitter. This is the type of people that do these things.
People think they are safe behind a computer screen but maybe they forget many sold items have return addresses... ?? Maybe we should set up a donation to visit these people in person :ninja: haha. It doesn't really anger me though, I just think it's pathetic.
I don't want to try an excuse any behaviour that goes against the wishes of the editors doing the work or Konami who I am sure don't condone the sale of OFs, I think imo its best to just ignore these people.
Just like as long as we have tickets there will always be ticket touts, as long as any kind of media or content creation exists there will always be people that seek to profit from selling it to those who don't know better.
If it's any consolation, I think the various OFs here are definitely worth £20!

Yeah, just the way of the world mate. No point getting angry in the face over it. There was a possibility of it occurring and it has. Maybe I'll put a notice in the top post advising people to ask for refund if they have bought and stumbled upon this.
It's changed nothing for us though and I'd encourage pesteam.it guys to continue with their work as well.
It's not nice but a thief can only go so far with stolen work.

Yeah I'm really confused I tried to re add these 20 classic teams teams in the slot where bundesliga goes but the squads are cut- often missing key players. It's like the maximum number of players is 18 and many classic squads have 23+.... should should I try and put them elsewhere like Spanish second division? Sorry if this is old hat.
